We have used Todd at Amazing Results for the past several years for everything to wall to wall carpets, area rugs and most recently today for upholstered chairs. The chairs were so badly stained with pet stains and dirt/playdoh/markers from the kids I was ready to throw them out. Todd made them look like new. Truly amazing! Todd of Amazing Results arrived as scheduled and right on time-- he immediately set to work and started with the rugs and then moved to the kitchen floor. He looked for extra touches (under the fridge front and stove front)and explained what he was doing as he did it.I appreciated the extra info so I can better maintain the floor in future.

Todd is EXTREMELY nice, truthful, honest and amazing at his job!!! Todd went above and beyond to help me out with my landlord and our dirty carpets. We moved out of our rented townhouse and had the carpets cleaned before we left....they were cleaner when I moved out than they were when I moved in....he took a dark grey 20+ yr. old carpet back it its original light grey colour. I had Tod from amazing results come and clean my carpet today! I honestly can't believe how much better it looks. It looks like a new carpet! We have a small male dog that is horrible at controlling his bladder and has a finicky stomach. So he's prone to puking and having accidents on the carpet... I honestly can't beleive the difference. I didn't think anyone could get it this clean... But Tod did. He was very honest and I didn't feel scared having him in my home. I will never use anyone else for my carpet cleaning. And did I mention he was on time too? Bonus!

We have small dogs that are so behaved and like to wee on the carpet. We have had Todd in many times to clean our carpets and he does a beautiful job. Last visit he cleaned our tiles through the kitchen and front foyer. It was unreal the difference in the tiles. I have scrubbed those old tiles and grout on my hands and knees so many times and never got results even close to what Todd did. It was almost embarrassing how much dirty and grime came up off tiles. Todd was hired to clean our dinning/living area, stairs and one office. He did a great job cleaning our carpet. My wife was extremely happy and my mother-in-law made only positive comments (that in itself says more than you can imagine).

When we put the furniture back in place, everything looked so great and clean that we got compliments from friends and family that came to visit. We also felt that we used to have a certain smell due to the cats that we used to have years ago, but now it is gone.

What really was unique was Todd's demeanour and professionalism all through out. He arrived on time, showed us the equipment in his truck and explained how he was doing the job, etc. And he truly cleaned the carpet very well. We would recommend him any time and wish him the best!
